1. ONLINE STORE TERMS OF USE

1.1. These terms of use apply to goods ordered from the e-shop managed by Premium Brands OÜ (at the address www.mysnack.ee).
1.2. The terms of sale do not conflict with the legal regulations in force in Estonia and, if necessary, have been supplemented by these user terms.
1.3. In addition to these terms of use, the relationship between the client and the service provider (Premium Brands OÜ) is regulated by the price list, practice and established good practices.
1.4. By placing an order in the shopping environment, the customer confirms that he/she agrees to the terms of use and undertakes to comply with them.

2. PRICE LIST

2.1. All prices of products sold in the shopping environment are in euros and include VAT (22%). The prices indicated in the shopping environment do not include shipping and/or transportation costs.
2.2. The price of shipping costs is displayed to the customer in the shopping cart after clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button. Delivery is FREE for purchases over €50!
2.3. Premium Brands OÜ reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Client submitted their order before the price changes came into effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time of placing the order will apply to them.
2.4. More detailed information about delivery prices can be found in the shopping environment. All prices of products sold in the online store are in euros.

3. SHOPPING CART AND ORDERING

3.1 Select the products that suit you and add them to the shopping cart. You can place an order as a guest (a one-time purchase, where data is saved for only one purchase) or as a registered user. The default order quantity is 1. Then click the GO TO PAY button. Once you have filled in the contact information form, click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Then choose the shipping and payment method that suits you.

You can pay securely through the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
  • Bank transfer

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store's current account.

Premium Brands OÜ is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

3.2. The customer's shopping cart is created the moment they click the "Add to Cart" button.“
3.3. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not oblige the Customer to purchase it.
3.4. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the first business day.
3.5. The products in the shopping cart are also available to other customers until the order is confirmed.
3.6. To place an order, the Customer clicks the “Submit Order” button.”
3.7. When placing an order, the Customer selects a suitable delivery method and checks the accuracy of the recipient's payer information.
3.8. The smooth delivery of the products purchased by the Customer depends on the accuracy of the data provided in the order. After clicking the “Confirm order” button, the system will generate an invoice, which can be paid immediately through the payment gateway.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

4.1. When placing an order, the Customer can choose a suitable delivery method from the given options.
4.1.1 Goods are sent within Estonia via SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines.
4.2. Premium Brands OÜ undertakes to inform the Customer of any change in the delivery time as soon as possible after receiving the information. Generally, the goods will reach the Buyer within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.
4.3. Premium Brands OÜ is responsible for the ordered goods during their transportation. From the moment the goods are received from the parcel machine, the risk of damage and/or loss of the goods passes to the customer.
4.4. If the customer does not pick up the goods within the deadline specified by the postal company, the customer will bear all resulting costs related to the return of the package or long-term storage, and any other costs that may arise.
4.5. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Premium Brands OÜ. If the customer has provided incorrect or incorrect data and therefore does not receive the goods, the service provider is not responsible for the problems that have arisen. If the goods are returned to Premium Brands OÜ, Premium Brands OÜ will re-post the goods if the customer pays additional postage costs. If the customer does not pay additional postage costs within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

5.1. Premium Brands OÜ has the right to cancel the customer's order if the invoice has not been paid.
5.2. Premium Brands OÜ has the right to refuse to sell the goods to the customer if the goods are out of stock and cannot be reordered. In such a case, Premium Brands OÜ will immediately notify the customer of the situation.
5.3. Premium Brands OÜ cannot cancel an order after the goods have been shipped.
5.4. If the goods do not fit or do not meet the expectations of the Customer, he has the right to return them within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In the event of a defect in the product, a corresponding letter must be sent to the e-mail address info@premiumbrands.ee. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, with labels, in the original packaging and properly packed. The money for the returned goods will be returned to the customer's bank account within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by Premium Brands OÜ.
5.5. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in the case of a defective product.
5.6. If the Customer wishes to exchange the returned product for another product, the Customer shall pay the shipping costs for the returned product. Premium Brands OÜ shall pay a one-time postage fee for the mailing of the new exchanged product. The Customer shall pay for each subsequent exchange.
