Vietnam Travel Campaign 2025

  1. The campaign is organized and carried out by Premium Brands OÜ (Siduri 9, Tallinn 11313; hereinafter referred to as the organizer).
  2. The campaign is being carried out MySnack online store and product resellers in stores in Estonia and Finland.
  3. Campaign period 01.09.2025-15.12.2025 also Extended campaign period. New period 1.09.2025 – 31.01.2026
  4. The campaign is open to all customers aged 14 and over who are not employees of Premium Brands OÜ or their family members. If a participant under 18 wins the grand prize trip to Vietnam, they are required to pass the prize on to someone aged at least 18.
  5. To participate in the campaign You must purchase MySnack products (hereinafter referred to as campaign products), scan the QR code on the product or go to mysnack.ee and register as a campaign participant by entering the purchase receipt number.
  6. When purchasing multiple campaign products, the purchase is considered one and the customer participates in the raffle campaign with a single registration.
  7. Campaign participant's email address added to the MySnack newsletter a list of recipients, from which the participant can leave at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link.
  8. Campaign Organizer will draw 1 box of MySnack products every week among all registrants, 1 snack credit worth €100 once a month, and after the end of the campaign, the grand prize is a free 10-day trip to Vietnam with the MySnack team.
  9. MySnack product raffles are taking place every Monday among those who joined the campaign last week. The €100 snack credit prize draws will take place on the first Tuesday of every month among those who joined the campaign last month. The grand prize, a trip to Vietnam, will be drawn between 31.01.2026 and 07.02.2026.
  10. The grand prize trip to Vietnam is scheduled for March 2026. The organizer has the right to change the dates of the trip period in agreement with the winner, provided that the change does not reduce the content or value of the prize.
  11. To receive MySnack products and use the snack credit, the winner will be sent a unique code via email, which can be used once in the Organizer's online store www.mysnack.shop.
    If the order amount for the snack credit prize exceeds €100, the Winner will pay the excess amount when placing the order. The Organizer will contact the Grand Prize Winner via email and personally agree on all travel-related details.
  12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or substituted for any other item.
  13. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during campaign registration. The winners' first name and first letter of their last name will also be visible on the MySnack campaign terms and conditions page until 28.02.2026. If the winner does not confirm that they have purchased MySnack products to participate in the campaign, or if the winner cannot be contacted within 10 (ten) calendar days of sending the email, the campaign organizer has the right to cancel the win and draw a new winner.
  14. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize may not be transferred to a third party, including a friend, family member or representative. If the winner wishes to transfer the prize (except as per point 4) or is unable to participate in the trip themselves, this will be considered a waiver of the prize.

  15. If the prize is forfeited, the organizer has the right to draw a new winner, provided that there is at least 10 days left until the planned start date of the trip. 26 working days. This requirement is necessary to ensure the processing of visas and travel documents, booking of airline tickets, processing of travel insurance, logistics and organizational preparation of the trip.

  16. If the winner withdraws the prize and there are less than 26 working days left until the start date of the trip, a new winner will not be drawn. In this case, the prize will not be awarded, as it is not possible to ensure the proper organization of the trip in time.

  17. If a new winner is drawn in accordance with clause 15 and they also waive the prize or do not meet the requirements, the organizer is not obliged to draw a new winner. In such a case, the prize will not be awarded. 

  18. The prize will be awarded by agreement between the winner and the Campaign Organizer. In order to redeem the prize, the winner must present the Organizer with a purchase receipt for MySnack products or an e-shop order confirmation code.
  19. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established by the Campaign Organizer in these terms and conditions. All decisions of the Campaign Organizer regarding the conduct of the Campaign are final and binding on all participants in the Campaign.
  20. By participating in the campaign, the campaign participant agrees to the processing of their personal data within the framework of the campaign. The campaign organizer will process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
  21. The winner of the Vietnam trip agrees that the Organizer may take photos and videos of him/her during the trip and use them for marketing purposes (including on the website and social media) without additional payment and time limit, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
  22. The winner of the trip is required to take out valid health insurance at their own expense before the trip. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents, health injuries, property damage or other unforeseen events that may occur during the trip.

  5. To participate in the campaign You must purchase MySnack products (hereinafter referred to as the campaign product), scan the QR code on the product and register as a participant in the campaign.
  6. When purchasing multiple campaign products, the purchase is considered one and the customer participates in the raffle campaign with a single registration.

    If the order amount exceeds €100, the Winner will pay the excess amount upon placing the order.

  5. To participate in the campaign You must purchase Tao Kae Noi Tempura Original seaweed (hereinafter referred to as the campaign product) from Grossi Toidupoed stores, scan the QR code from the store's campaign poster and register as a participant in the campaign.
  6. When purchasing multiple campaign products, the purchase is considered one and the customer participates in the raffle campaign with a single registration.
  7. Campaign Organizer draws One gift bag* worth at least €50 will be given out every week (for 4 weeks) among all registrants.
  8. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or substituted for any other item.
