Great recognition at the Pärnu Supply Chain Conference

We are very pleased to announce that Ellyt Talv, founder and CEO of MySnack OÜ and Premium Brands OÜ, has been recognized as the best supply chain manager in Estonia 2025. The award was presented at the Pärnu Supply Chain Conference held on May 29–30, where the best title was determined by combining the results of the jury and the public vote.

A total of 3,255 people actively participated in this year's referendum, of whom 521,300 voted for Ellyt Talve. This result reflects strong public support and recognition for her dedicated work and values.

Visionary and business developer

Ellyt Talv is a visionary and business developer who has played a crucial role in the success of MySnack. Under his leadership, a supply chain has been built that connects exotic fruit growers in Asia and Italy with local consumers in Estonia and Europe. The model Ellyt created is based on direct communication with producers, transparency and sustainability – values that underpin all of MySnack’s operations.

Product development in collaboration with scientists

In addition to supply chain management, Ellyt is also actively involved in product development. All MySnack recipes are created by her and product innovation is born in collaboration with Estonian scientists, including TFTAK research institutions. Her work has helped increase the share of organic farming in Vietnam and introduce international quality standards such as EU Organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance to raw materials.

The supply chain starts with raw materials

In a panel discussion at the Pärnu conference, Ellyt emphasized that a successful supply chain starts with raw materials. In the case of MySnack, this means mango trees in Vietnam, algae in South Korea, and berries from Estonian fields – all of these elements are connected by a well-thought-out and reliable logistics system.

The aim of the competition and the other finalists

The aim of the competition is to highlight the contribution of supply chain managers to the performance of companies and to value their strategic role. In addition to Ellyt Talve, this year's finalists also included:

  • Sten Sats – Pipelife Estonia

  • Marko Kotap – Éolane Tallinn

The competition jury included esteemed experts: Hannes Laaser, Emöke Sogenbits and Kerttily Golubeva.
