We know that food affects our health and well-being. A lesser-known saying is: \u201eToo much sweet is no friend\u201c. By eating too much sugar, we harm our health. These proverbs highlight the importance of nutrition in our lives and call for us to be aware of our eating choices\u201d. These are the words that guide Tiina M\u00f6ll \u2013 a woman like an orchestra in practicing healthy lifestyles \u2013 a nutritionist, trainer and masseuse. Tiina wrote down her thoughts regarding food as an influence on health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awareness and moderation in choices <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-exwmd35\">\u201cI have always been a conscious eater. It also had an impact on my years of studying at the University of Tartu, when writing my master&#039;s thesis in the field of nutrition and sports. When I go to the store, I read those fine labels about the content of nutrients and e-substances and very often put the product back on the shelf. If a child eats healthily from 80%, then he can safely eat sweets and other things from 20%! I remember this piece of wisdom from when I was studying to be a nutritionist at Annely Soots&#039; school. Sugar substitutes are no better than sugar itself. So, moderation in everything \u2013 we would still be wise to remember this, especially when choosing suitable treats before the coming Christmas season\u201d, says Tiina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MySnack fruit bars for kids <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1sunb37\">\u201cWhy do my children and I like MySnack fruit bars and dried fruits the most? We know that fish is beneficial, but we don&#039;t know that farmed fish do not always provide us with high-quality omega 3 fatty acids. Today, it is possible to take a blood test from a fingertip, send it to a Norwegian laboratory and receive your answer anonymously based on a code. So much exciting health data, according to which a nutritionist can recommend whether you need a supplement at all or whether it is worth continuing to live the same lifestyle. By the way, the balance of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids ensures good health, better athletic performance and also a more balanced mood.
