In a health survey conducted by MySnack in 2023, 440 people responded third of respondents said they suffer from some sleep-related problem. Insufficient and poor sleep quality causes lack of energy, fatigue, insomnia, interrupted sleep, and sudden mood swings. In response to the question “Please rate your satisfaction with your knowledge and habits regarding your energy level,” 39.61% of respondents rated themselves “rather dissatisfied.” On the other hand, lack of sleep prevents the body from recovering and, among other things, causes premature aging! In men, in addition to poor eating habits, harmful lifestyles, and environmental chemicals, poor sleep quality also reduces sperm count.
The list of how poor sleep quality affects a person's health can go on and on. In contrast, sufficient and high-quality (deep) sleep helps, for example, to cope better with many stresses, reduce stress, and support immunity.
